Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed, however, please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on 07841 902235 during our opening hours (11.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 11.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by emailing returns@jinsei-skincare.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.

You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day you receive the product. Please call our Customer Care line on 07841 902235 or email returns@jinsei-skincare.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the items.

Goods should be returned in their original, un-used condition within 7 days of receiving the returns confirmation from us. Please note that return costs will be at the customer’s expense. We suggest you use a traceable delivery method which covers the value of the goods, as any loss or damage incurred during the return will be held at the customer’s expense. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.

This returns policy is not valid for any of our custom made products. Once payment has been taken for these products you may not cancel the order, as the products will have been produced specifically for you and will not be eligible for re-sale.

If any of the items you receive are damaged or incorrect, we ask that you email returns@jinsei-skincare.co.uk or call Customer Services on 07841 902235 to inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once you have received confirmation of return from us you should return the goods within 7 days. Once we have received the goods we will issue either an exchange or a refund including postage costs, depending on what has been agreed in our earlier contact. We suggest you use a traceable delivery method which covers the value of the goods, as any loss or damage incurred during the return will be held at the customer’s expense.

Please note, if returning an item(s) that is part of a “gift set” a partial refund will be given for that item(s).  The refund given in such cases will not be the same as the full retail value of such item(s) as items in “gift sets” are discounted in price. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
