Apply the toner to a dry cotton wool pad and sweep gently over the skin including the décolletage, neck (front and back) and face (or where ever you have cleansed). Use a clean piece of cotton wool and fresh toner for each part you tone (face, neck, chest). Always use upwards stroking movements to avoid dragging the skin and encouraging sagging. Follow with Dry / Mature moisturisers.
