All transactions are handled by PayPal who are a dedicated third [3rd] party payment processing service with inbuilt data encryption for ultimate security. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt of the transaction directly from PayPal.

How to place an order
Place an order with us by adding your item to the basket, this allows you to add several items before checking out, where you will be re-directed to PayPal who will confirm your order and take payment. You can also place an order by clicking the ‘buy me now’ button on the product page and you will instantly be re-directed to PayPal where you can make immediate payment for that one item.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods and entering into a contract with us. We will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Delivery
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Recorded First Class delivery, which provides protected delivery of your items within 1-3 working days from despatch. Delivery charges are as follows:
£2.99 for orders upto £9.99 in value
£3.99 for orders between £10 and £24.99
£4.99 for orders between £25 and £99.99

All orders of £100 and over will receive free standard delivery, as above.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date the order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you to advise you of this and you will have the option of waiting for the goods or cancelling the order.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
